My dear readers
Greetings from Tokyo.
The prospect of Anglicanism offering any model of unity to the Church, let alone being a vehicle for reunion, has in recent years become rather risible given our own insoluble divisions. It used to be a rather more credible proposition and I think that it could be so again. If you'd like to find out why, please read my review in First Things, published today, of Clinton Collister's new anthology of Charles Chapman Grafton’s Selected Writings.
In other news, I’m still musing on the “Lamb and Dragon” idea, but am not entirely sure about it and haven’t had time to put it into effect. So, for now, things remain as they are: Catechetical and Mystablogical.
Keep the faith!
Yours in the Risen and Ascended Lord
Fr Thomas
