ok check out the book :the spontaneous expansion of the church. its relevant here. im also flailing on this front a bit with my vocation. i say flailing because its going so poorly in terms of what i set out to do in terms of study, memorize scripture like a madman.
Very interesting ideas. I hope so one is reading who has the power to make the changes needed to enable your system.

u can find it in a pdf online wipf and stock did a reprint years ago
